INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONDO

Suder's Condo is located in the gated and private Ocean Pointe development in Carlsbad, CA.  It is situated on the Agua Hediondo lagoon, which provides panoramic views of both the lagoon and the beautiful Pacific Ocean of Southern California.  Carlsbad is a short 30 minute drive north of downtown San Diego, so you have full access to what is known as "America's Finest City".  Carlsbad is a lovely small town along the Pacific which offers a quaint village area with shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo, flower fields, Legoland, pristine beaches, and a family-type living environment.

$100 Move-In Expenses Paid by Landlord!

The brand new ground floor condo is a spacious 1506 square feet, featuring two bathrooms, a large living-dining area, a huge master bedroom with a large master bathroom, and a second bedroom.  Amenities include a gas fireplace, travertine floors, sculpted carpeting, and upgraded paint.  There is a clothes washer and dryer.  The kitchen is modernly equipped with built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a gas cooktop.  There are two underground parking spaces included which are located near the elevator to bring you up.  The condo has central forced air heating and air conditioning.  Two outdoor patios provide areas for relaxing and taking in the views.  One of the spas is located just outside the unit, and two others are next to each of the two heated pools at the complex.  Click here to see inside and outside:  Condo Photos Page

The entire community is gated and requires keys and/or codes to enter.  

The beach, while not "right out back",  is an easy walk from the complex (about 1/2 mile - even our kids walk it alone!).   A little longer walk will take you into the "Village" area in Carlsbad to enjoy the excellent restaurants and shopping.

The condo will be available mid June  2004.   The normal initial lease term is one year. 

A small house-broken dog is acceptable with a slightly higher deposit.  Sorry - no cats.

The rent for the condo is only $1900 per month - very reasonable for a new, modern,  clean condo with ocean and lagoon views that are awesome!   The security/cleaning deposit is $995 (can be spread over 2 months), and the pet deposit is $500.
