PETS: We accept pets in most
houses, but we are limiting the dog size to 40 lbs
maximum, and no pit bull or Rottweiler mixes.
You will need to submit a photo of your pet when
applying, and we will visit the house during your stay
to verify. We charge $500 more for the
security/cleaning deposit for any pet. Two pets
per house maximum, no exceptions.
RESPONSIBILITY OF RENTERS:
Renting a house entails more cost and responsibility
than an apartment. The landscaping needs to be
watered and maintained by the tenants, and the house
must be kept orderly and clean. Animal waste must
be picked up frequently. We do inspect all of our
homes periodically to ensure compliance. House
rental is not for people who are not willing to take the
extra time to care for it - a condo would be a better
choice. Think about your willingness to do the
work required before renting.
